CoCo Noir Wine Shop is a woman and minority-owned wine shop and eatery located in Downtown Oakland in the Black Arts Movement Business District. We are offering a new twist to the wine and food sector by selling wines produced by women winemakers and winemakers of color. In addition to having a diverse wine portfolio, we provide a place for women chefs and chefs of color to serve the best tapas and lite bites that pair amazingly with our selections of wines.
